Nancy Fennema is our Manager of Clinical Services. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Nancy earned an M.S.S.W. from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, an M.S. from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Nancy taught part time in UW Madison School of Social Work. She has special training in Cognitive Thinking and Program Analysis of Service Systems. Her experience includes working with people with developmental disabilities, working people with mental health issues in community and inpatient settings and working with juveniles. |

Celia LaTour is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling. She has years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings to include crisis resolution, risk assessment, individual and couples counseling. Celia uses a cognitive behavioral approach assisting individuals to identify the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, as well as, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), allowing individuals to acquire skills necessary to achieve a life worth living. Areas of particular interest include working with men who use violence in relationships, depression, anxiety and Borderline Personality Disorder. |

Tom Sebora is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, families and couples. He has additional licenses in marriage and family therapy and alcohol and drug abuse treatment and is nationally certified in compulsive gambling treatment. Tom provides counseling for a variety of difficulties, including: depression, anxiety, grief issues, emotional problems, marriage and relationship issues, family problems, alcohol and drug issues and problem gambling. |

Christine Garstka is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin and a National Certified Counselor. Ms. Garstka works in our Appleton office, and she has been a member of the Catholic Charities’ team for three years. Ms. Garstka specializes in the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of children, adolescents, and adults. She is experienced in working with a full range of counseling issues including depression, anxiety, trauma issues, anger management, grief and loss, relationship issues, and family transition issues. Ms. Garstka earned her Master of Science in Education degree in community counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. |

Debra Mullen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and works in our Marinette office. She earned a B.A. from the University of New Mexico – Albuquerque, and a MSEd in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Wisconsin – Superior. Debra has been with Catholic Charities for the past five years and enjoys working with a variety of clients. She primarily works with adults, specializing in the areas of mood and anxiety disorders, marital/couples counseling, and individual/group counseling for a variety of issues. Debra has experience in working with adults with developmental disabilities, individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness, domestic and sexual abuse counseling, treatment of sexual offenders, anger management, and grief counseling.In her free time Debra enjoys spending time with her family and pets, art and woodworking projects, walking in the woods, and appreciating the beauty of nature. |

Linda Hillary received her Master’s degree in Counseling from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in January, 2001. She has been certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) since graduating, and received her license for the State of Wisconsin in August 2003. She has been employed by Catholic Charities since October 2003. Linda works primarily with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for teens and adults in addressing most issues that complicate living. She specializes in working with anxiety and depression problems, adjustment issues, and grieving. Linda also works with trauma issues, chronic illness and disability, and marriage/relationship counseling. She is a primary contact for Project Rachel abortion counseling. |

Elaine Conway is National Board Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She has experience in crisis intervention as well as in-home therapy with people of all ages and a wide variety of issues. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive, and Psychodynamic, Elaine works with Mindfulness for relaxation, awareness and focus; a strategy that works for an array of problems including anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. |
